Salesforce MCP Integration & AI Agent Framework
Problem
Enterprise teams needed secure, governed AI agent capabilities in Salesforce, but existing solutions lacked the security controls and compliance frameworks required for regulated environments.
Solution
Built one of the first Salesforce MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations in a regulated enterprise environment, enabling secure AI agent interaction via OAuth, scoped APIs, and controlled execution contexts. Partnered with security, compliance, and engineering teams to ensure MCP and automation systems met internal data-access and governance requirements.

Salesforce Layout Manager
Problem
Salesforce Lightning pages create fixed usage layouts across 10k+ users working in different ways. Despite different workflows requiring different information prioritization.
Solution
An agnostic approach using one custom layout that allows users hyper-personalization via the Salesforce backend and a Chrome Extension to create a drag-and-drop page builder for end users. Users can create their own layouts and save them across any object with preferences stored in a custom object within Salesforce. The saved preferences apply automatically on page load. Built-in auto reversion to reset layouts with one click allows no-fear trial and error with customization.
